Admission Procedure

What to bring
Please bring your I.C. or passport if you are not a Malaysian for registration purposes.

Patients may bring their own clothes and pajamas.

You should bring your own toiletries or purchase an admission kit for a nominal sum. This kit contains among other things, toiletries, a thermometer and plastic jug for your daily use.

What not to bring
For security reasons, patients and their relatives are advised not to keep any money and valuables in the ward to prevent any unnecessary losses.

Visiting Hours

Monday - Saturday:
12.00 noon - 2.00pm,
6.00pm - 9.00pm
Sundays and
Public Holidays:
12.00noon - 9.00pm
ICU: As condition permits; restricted visitors only

There is ample free private parking spaces at the centre for your family, relatives and friends.

Discharge

Discharge time is 11.00am. Patients are expected to vacate their rooms before 11.00am on the day of their discharge; otherwise, an extra half-day’s rate will be charged.

After 6.00pm, a full day’s rate will be charged.
